1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Data
Email address, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
1.2 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide us with limited payment metadata (such as last four digits and payment status).
1.3 Usage Data
Tool usage, timestamps, credit transactions, and basic diagnostics to operate and improve the service.
1.4 Input Data
Text and information you enter into tool forms to generate documents.
1.5 Output Data
Generated documents and responses produced by the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide the service, generate documents, process payments, maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
3. AI and Third-Party Processing
Your inputs are sent to Google Gemini AI to generate the requested output. We use your inputs solely to produce your document and do not train our own models on your data.
Google may process data according to its own policies. See Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and related AI documentation at https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform (such as Firebase, Stripe, and Google). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and the service.
5. Data Retention
Inputs and outputs are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically up to seven years). Aggregated or anonymized usage metrics may be retained for analytics.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have rights under GDPR. To exercise your rights, contact support@valdiviana.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand usage and performance.
9. Children’s Privacy
Valdiviana is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us for removal.
10. International Users
Your data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, including the United States. We take steps to apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
